Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Replyvio, a software service operated by Botan Aslan ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Replyvio lets you automate replies to comments and direct messages on Instagram professional accounts you own or manage, using the official Instagram API provided by Meta. You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Instagram's Community Guidelines and all applicable laws. You may not use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles payments, invoices and sales taxes. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Usage limits (such as monthly comment replies) reset at the start of each calendar month.

4. Acceptable use

Replyvio only sends messages in reply to people who first interacted with your Instagram account (by commenting on your posts, sending you a direct message, replying to your story or mentioning you). It cannot be used to contact people who have not interacted with you. You may not use the service for cold outreach, bulk or unsolicited messaging, or to message imported or purchased contact lists. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, violate Meta's policies or put the platform at risk.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service depends on third-party APIs (Meta/Instagram) and is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app.
