Botan Aslan ("we") operates Replyvio. This policy explains what data we process.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, hashed password, billing country.
• Instagram data you connect: account ID, username, profile picture, access token, and the comments/messages your automations process (sender ID, username, message text).
• Usage data: automation statistics, link clicks, logs.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: running your automations, showing your inbox and statistics, billing and support. We do not sell data and do not use Instagram data for advertising.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). We do not store card details.

Retention & deletion

Technical logs are deleted after 30 days. You can disconnect an Instagram account or delete your account at any time; associated data is deleted. Meta data deletion requests are honoured via our data deletion callback.

Processors

Hosting provider, Paddle (payments), email delivery provider.
