Frequently asked questions
Is it safe for my Instagram account?
Replyvio uses the official Instagram API from Meta. You never share your password and we follow Instagram messaging rules (such as one private reply per comment), so your account stays safe.
What counts as a "comment reply"?
Each comment that triggers one of your automations counts once, no matter how many messages are sent in that conversation. Limits reset on the 1st of every month.
Which accounts are supported?
Instagram professional accounts (Business or Creator). Personal accounts can be switched to a free Creator account in Instagram settings.
What happens when I reach my limit?
New comments are no longer answered until the next month or until you upgrade. We email you at 80% and 100%.
Can I message people who haven't contacted me?
No. Replyvio only replies to people who commented on your posts or sent you a message first. Cold outreach, bulk messaging and imported contact lists are not supported and are not allowed by our Terms.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page in one click; you keep your plan until the end of the paid period.
How do payments work?
Payments are securely processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. They accept cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay and handle invoices and taxes.
